Seatbelt Clip Issue 22 plate Corsa

Has anyone had the issue with the drivers seatbelt not clipping in to the holder. I have had this issue and it seems to be random. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. Arnold Clark want to charge me £144 to look at it and if its something jammed inside it which I’m 100% sure there isn’t, they won’t cover it under warranty
