New Owner with Carplay Issue

Hi, My daughter has recently bought a 2020 Corsa, we thought it had Carplay but it is greyed out and we can;t seem to find anyway of getting it to work
We have connected phone via Bluetooth and connected via USB but nothing seems to change

Any help will be really appreciated

Try using a different cable to connect your phone. I have found that only MFi (Made for iPhone) certified cables work.

Are you sure that that model does have the update/ software to display CarPlay?
