If it’s electric corsa then all you need is a XL tyre to manage weight. If you have electricity in the garage check if your wiring is suitable for a charger installed from the garage fuse box. You would have to change the entire coding and ECU Current regen doesn't activate break lights because the stopping forces is under (enter allowable value here) certain threshold. Increasing the regen means you need to code the system to apply break light. And we know how manufacturers don't care ab...

I think this must be a design thing.
I had exactly the same issues when it was raining heavily in the past few days and auto headlights don't always activate or deactivate when in heavy rain
