Does anyone know what procedure is needed to reset the car after disconnecting the battery thanks for any info

I think there may be a procedure before you even disconnect the battery

Thanks for the reply it's what I know from other cars but I need it for my Corsa elite nav premium in case it differs in the correct procedure

If you disconnect the battery for any reason when you reconnect it you have to wait for at least 10 minutes before everything re sets itself and then the car should be ready to start up,the car won't start right away thats why you have give it 10 minutes.

Reconnected the battery and couldn't start the engine. Consulted this forum, and......
After reconnecting the battery, I switched off the igntion (default appears to be ignition and screen on ready for start), closed the doors and left the bonnet up. Waited for just over 10 minutes, and when trying to start the engine, works as normal. Nothing in the Owner's Manual about having to wait!
