Radio won't turn off when driving

Hi,does anyone else have this problem? When I start the car the infotainment screen i.e radio comes on and when I press the on off button it won't switch off.i can only turn it on and off when the car is stood with the engine not running.the dealer said that this is normal?any suggestions anyone?

With my previous petrol Corsa, I used to mute the radio to turn the sound off when using the Android connection for SATNAV, but now with the Corsa-e it goes off when I press Navigation (and no need for the mobile phone connection).
