ad blue warning light

Hi all i have just put 5 litres of adblue in my 2021 diesel for the second time since i have bought it and the warning light has stayed on this time. anyone any ideas about why this has happened and how to solve it. thanks

Hi. My light came on a spell ago I filled it up, it took 10 litres light went out straight away, apparently it’s a lazer gauge. Hope this helps.
