Rear Light Wiring

Just purchased a kit to install rear reversing sensors on my Design edition
But I cant seem to find a wiring diagram online

The kit Control box 12v feed to be attached to rear Reversing Lamp supply
On the drivers side cluster I have 4 colours
Black, Yellow, Red, Yellow/Green

Which is the wire to the reversing Lamp ?

Any help would be grateful

Found answer eventually
On the right side light cluster there are 5 wires
Green is the lead feeding the Reversing light

On the left cluster wire colours are different and a job to access

Out of interest did you upgrade the bulb to LED ?
