Radio / infotainment system keeps rebooting black screen

The screen cuts of multiple times on a journey music goes off then 10 seconds later reboots and does this over and over any ideas why ?

I had a similar issue with mine.

A software update fixed it (can't remember if it was the garage that did it or I did it).

I had this so bought a wireless dongle from Amazon ,once set up works seamlessly, only down side is mobile phone does not charge, but can be via 12volt socket if required !

I have the same issue. Last time the screen went black it came on in Spanish and I’m in the UK. Any suggestions?

That is a common issue, you will have to go into the menu and change it back to English, Had that a couple of times.

Just had my car go in for a few faults and one of them was the infotainment system screen going black and the language changing by itself. Turns out it is an update that came out the middle of 2022. It does change a few things too.
