How to fix loose fabric on driver seat

I have recently bought 2015 Vauxhall corsa for my son . The drivers seat fabric seems to lump up . I can smooth it down but every time he sits in seat it does it again . We did have similar issue with passenger seat but it had clip thing at front which we re fit and it’s ok now . Drivers seat was already on its clip so wondered if there are any other clips that may have come off ?
