2020 Opel Corsa F Screen and carplay

Did anyone has found a way to update the graphics of the digital driver display? Like more screen choices?

And my car doesnt have wireless carplay. Anyway to make it wireless without using other USB devices?

I believe a dongle can be bought to enable wireless android and CarPlay. I have not tried this. One problem is that the Corsa is woefully short of sockets so limited options here!
