P0691 Permanent Fan Assembly Control - High Speed Short Circuit to Ground

I have the following error and the Fan does not turn on at all or when pressing the Aircon button. Autel picked up the following error.

Checked wiring using a multimeter continuity check. I found a wire break as the car had been hit in an accident.
