How to change the time on the clock

I have pressed on the settings logo which then points to settings centre. Nothing happens when I press on that. I can't see a clock icon on the dashboard either.
Any ideas?

How did you do it? - mine keeps going back to the original time, I've checked & unchecked the boxes to sync with gps & daylight saving time but still shows british summertime - it changed from daylight saving time to bst in march ok but it won't change back
