Seatbelt rattles?

Got a 2020 Elite Nav Turbo and I have the most irritating rattles/tapping/clicking coming from the rear interior - I am convinced it’s the seatbelts rattling against the seats

Anyone else experienced this and done anything to sort it out? I’ve tried keeping the seatbelts clipped in and also attached some ugly seatbelt covers and the rattle is still going strong! Perhaps it’s coming from somewhere else…. But it’s driving me nuts!

I have had these noises again this week.

I thought it was something in the spare wheel well, so I moved metallic things about in there. There are wheel nuts in an open poly bag.

No sounds this morning, but time may tell differently.
