DPF removal

I have been having problems with my DPF being full, I had this reset and flushed only 3 months ago but seem to be having the same problem again. I am currently driving a 1.3 2016 Vauxhall corsa. When looking for a garage to take a look at this problem I have been offered to have my DPF removed and the car remapped so it shouldn’t cause any problems. However, I am concerned this may cause problems at the MOT or with my emissions, would people recommend having it removed or should I have it cleaned?
