Corsa SRI Premium 2020
The central console screen occasionally blacks out, so I cannot change the temperature, radio, phone etc etc
Does anyone else suffer with the same issue?
I have had a lot of random tech faults with this car since I have owned it, for the last 18 months.

I have had this issue along with other technical issues with my Corsa. It has happened so frequently that I have got used to it
I have a one year old corsa , electric screens go blank randomly. No warnings for this so I am unable to see my speedometer and fuel . I have updated the software but this has not prevented the issue . It does not come on for ages. The 1st gear is a nightmare sticks going into first sometimes reverse . Then setting off in 1st the car looses all power , it does not do it every time I’m driving . I have contacted the AA & dealer they cannot find any faults with the diagnostic . Vauxhall have advised they are not aware of any faults . Reading on here and speaking to other corse owners they are all having the same issue . I have made a complaint with Vauxhall as it is must be a manufacturing fault. All I advise is if you have any of these faults to raise a complaint with Vauxhall ,if there’s lots of people contacting then with the same issues. They will have to sort the problems.

How do I update the software on my 2020 Corsa?
Follow the instructions on your Vauxhall app.
Vehicle -> Connected Services / Audio System
You'll need a 32GB USB and a computer Win/Mac

My wife bought a 1.2 Design new end January 2024, she’s only done 520 miles and the screen has died. Took it to Vauxhall yesterday and they couldn’t fix it, so now waiting 10 days for a complete screen to be sent to them to replace it. How can a screen fail with such low miles and not even 5 months old yet
Unfortunately, like any component, luck of the draw. I would have expected better QA from Vauxhall/their suppliers, but things happen, warranty exists for a reason.Briansoton wrote: ↑Fri Jun 14, 2024 12:48 pm My wife bought a 1.2 Design new end January 2024, she’s only done 520 miles and the screen has died. I have just changed my 3 year old Corsa F for the latest Corsa Ultimate. The previous car frequently suffered from changing the language to Spanish and the speed indication to Km/hr. I got sick of leaving it with the dealer who couldn't resolve the problem. They said they were aware of other Corsas having the same problem.
My latest Corsa F Ultimate has got 620miles on the clock. The infotainment screen is bricked. I can't operate , navigation, blue tooth, air con, speed sign recognition, radio, apps- nothing. I took it to the main dealer and the car cannot even be looked at until 3 weeks hence.
I thought of checking the infotainment system fuse which is located in the glove compartment behind a plastic cover. It is just an array of relays. wiring loom terminations and sockets with the fuse box far behind the wiring. I think the only way to access the fuses would be to remove the glove box. Its a joke.
Not a happy customer having had over 20 different Vauxhalls over the years.
